No one works for free
If patient cancels / no-shows:
Medspa must have collected $50+ deposit. Injector gets 100% of cancellation fee for wasted time. If medspa didn't collect deposit, medspa covers it.
If injector cancels:
>24hr: no penalty, shift re-listed. <24hr: loses star, medspa gets instant re-match at no extra fee.
If medspa cancels whole shift:
>24hr: no fee. <24hr: medspa pays 50% of booked rate to injector.
